Additional parameters include:
- Deal Size: $20m – $500m
- Location: Nationwide
- Age: 1995+
- Class: Mix of A, B & C
- Caps: 4% – 6% (location / age)
- Unit Mix: Large floor plans, with higher mix of 2Br and 3Br
- Property Size: 250 – 500 units
