  • Location: Nationwide
  • Age: 1995+
  • Class: Mix of A, B & C
  • Caps: 4% – 6% (location / age)
  • Unit Mix: Large floor plans, with higher mix of 2Br and 3Br
  • Property Size: 250 – 500 units
