Lyle Lansdell

Lyle serves as the President & CEO of LTL Investments, LLC, a national multi-family investment and management company. He brings over 40 years of multifamily experience with an exceptional record in all phases of property development, acquisition, disposition, financial management, asset management, and general management. Lyle has professionally managed more than 40,000 multifamily units during his career.

He is the founder and President of PM Residential Management, LLC, the property management division of Praxis Capital’s multifamily platform. Before PM Residential, Lyle served as the President of Springboard Housing, a nonprofit multifamily company that acquired and managed affordable housing. Previously, he was the President of Grubb & Ellis Residential Management, where he built a national, public multifamily platform. Lyle served as Chief Financial Officer of SARES-REGIS Group (formerly Regis Homes) early in his career. Lyle is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of AICPA.
