Lyle Lansdell

Lyle serves as President & CEO of LTL Investments, LLC, a national multifamily investment and management company. He brings more than 40 years of multifamily experience with an exceptional record across property development, acquisition, disposition, financial management, asset management, and general operations. Over the course of his career, Lyle has professionally managed more than 40,000 multifamily units.

He is the Founder and President of PM Residential Management, LLC, the property management division of Praxis Capital’s multifamily platform. Prior to PM Residential, Lyle served as President of Springboard Housing, a nonprofit multifamily organization focused on the acquisition and management of affordable housing.

Earlier in his career, Lyle was President of Grubb & Ellis Residential Management, where he helped build a national, public multifamily platform. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of SARES‑REGIS Group (formerly Regis Homes). Lyle is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

History

LTL Investments was established in 1995, originally to handle foreign investments in US multifamily real estate. The residential operation has been built on a platform (Sarbanes-Oxley Compliant) that has evolved over 35 years, in both private and public companies. The multifamily expertise, experience and track record of the Principals is over 100 years.

Since 1975, LTL Principals have enjoyed a reputation for success and integrity in the multifamily housing industry. LTL not only approaches each property from the owner’s perspective, but also from the consumer point of view. In our experience with projects in many different cities, one element is constant: the best projects are those in which buyers, sellers, investors, partners, lenders, residents and vendors all benefit.
